·         Furniture should not be moved in assembled condition. Products should be dismantled and reassembled in case of shifting/moving around furniture. Do not drag the furniture in assembled condition, this will damage the joints “Lift and shift” should be followed.

·         Avoid using abrasive materials like scrub pads or chemicals for cleaning the surface as they may scratch the surface. Avoid putting naphthalene balls directly into the furniture.

·         Use mild detergents with a soft sponge/ cloth for cleaning stubborn stains.

·         Direct sunlight over a prolonged period can cause fading and /or deterioration of fabric.

·         Avoid Keeping Furniture under direct sunlight or exposing it to extreme weather conditions, causing fading and/or deterioration of fabric.

·         It is advisable to have your furniture cleaned regularly by a professional upholstery cleaner as different fibers

·         To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.

·         We have made every effort to display the colors of the products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colors will be accurate.

·         We strive hard to get the real image of every product listed, but it should be considered indicative only.

RETURN POLICY

·         We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

o    Damaged Product

o    Dead on Arrival

o    Manufacturing Defect

o    Incomplete Product

o    Incorrect Product

Terms & Conditions

·         Assembly service will be provided if the product delivers in a knockdown condition and it will be completed within 3 days of delivery.

·         In case of product delivery in do-it condition, the customer read to fit it as per the fitting manual and the help of customer care. Installation videos are also available on youtube.

·         You agree that you are solely responsible for any loss or damage or any breach of your obligations under the terms.

·         The Company shall not be liable to any third party for such termination.

·         For all products that inform any form of assembly, please ensure that the delivery team assembles the product so that you have the peace of mind that everything fits well and is accounted for.

·         Cancellation in case of a wrong product: If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, raise the issue immediately & report it to support.

·         Cancellation in Case of Damage: In case you received a damaged or defective product

·         That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
